Had a very satisfying lunch at Kicsi today. Their grilled sushi set was heavenly, each piece was different and very fresh, worth every penny. Thank you chef. We also ordered the special salmon roll, chicken karage and takoyaki, simply delicious. Highly recommend if you want good quality Japanese food in Budapest.

The grilled salmon cheese bowl is delicious, warm and hearty with the caramelized salmon balancing the cheese. The deluxe sushi plate is incredible: the nigiris are perfectly formed with generous fish slices, which are all very fresh and flavourful. The shrimp nigiri in particular: most restaurants make it with cooked prawn. Here, it is actually fresh prawn! Sea urchin sashimi was a treat and very creamy. Service was very professional. Absolutely love this place, it is obvious this restaurant is a labour of passion and their people care about their customers. Best japanese restaurant in Hungary by a wide margin, look no further.

Although a portion of KAISEN DON(海鮮丼）was modest for a male adult, the taste was authentic. I really enjoyed it. I would definitely visit again.
